How to work

Learn every part of the Seovisitor panel, from adding funds and creating campaigns to tracking results and managing your account.

Help Center

Step-by-step guides for every part of the Seovisitor panel — from topping up your wallet to reading your campaign statistics.

Getting started

The two things every campaign needs before it can run.

Finding your way around

Where everything lives, and what the numbers in the sidebar mean.

Open the panel
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. The sidebar is the whole panel. Main holds your dashboard and your orders, Payments holds your wallet and rewards, and Resources holds the API documentation and support.
  2. Your wallet balance and your reward points are shown as pills in the sidebar and in the top bar, so they are visible on every page.
  3. The blue Create Order button at the bottom of the sidebar starts a new campaign from anywhere in the panel.
  4. The dashboard shows three counters — running campaigns, unpaid invoices and answered tickets. Each one is a shortcut to that filtered list.

Adding funds to your wallet

Campaigns are paid from your wallet balance, so this comes first.

Add funds >
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Open Add Funds and choose a payment method. You can pay by cryptocurrency, by card, or manually through PayPal.
  2. Pick one of the preset amounts or type your own. Presets outside the selected method’s range are greyed out — card payments have a lower ceiling than crypto.
  3. Check the Payment summary. It shows what you pay, the bonus you earn on top, and the balance you will end up with.
  4. Press the pay button and finish the payment with the provider. Card payments ask for your billing details once, and reuse them afterwards.
  5. Your top-up appears in Recent wallet transactions as Pending, then Success once it settles. Nothing is taken from you when a payment fails.

Topping up earns a bonus on top of the amount you pay — the exact percentage is shown on each payment method.

Placing an order

Two ways to buy traffic, and what each setting actually does.

Buying a ready-made package

Fixed price, three fields. The fastest way to launch your first campaign.

Create an order
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Choose a service, then pick Ready-made packages on the campaign-type screen.
  2. Enter your Website URL — the page every visitor will land on.
  3. Choose a plan. Each plan shows its total visits and its price up front.
  4. Choose a Run Time. This decides how quickly the visits are delivered, not what they cost — durations that could not deliver your plan in time are removed automatically.
  5. Press Create Campaign, then pay from your wallet on the Review & pay screen.

The package price is fixed by the plan. Changing the run time changes the daily delivery rate, never the total.

Building a custom campaign

Full control over volume, countries, devices, time on site and page depth.

Create an order
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Choose a service, then pick Custom campaign.
  2. Campaign Information: set your landing page, choose All Countries or pick specific ones, then set Users Per Day and Number Of Days.
  3. Traffic Platform: split your visitors between desktop and mobile, either with the slider or with one of the quick-split presets.
  4. Time on Homepage: choose how long each visitor stays. It is a range, not a fixed number, so visits vary the way real ones do.
  5. Subpage Visits: turn this on to send visitors beyond your homepage. This lowers your bounce rate, and increases both total visits and price.
  6. Watch the Online Order Invoice on the right. It recalculates as you type, so you always see the price before you commit.
  7. Press Create Campaign, then pay from your wallet.

The Naturalness Score beside the invoice rates how closely your settings resemble real visitor behaviour, and tells you which setting would improve it most.

Ordering keyword (organic search) traffic

Visitors who search for your keyword and click your result.

Create an order
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Choose Organic Search Traffic. The form is the same as any other campaign, with one extra section.
  2. Search Targeting — enter one keyword. If you want to target three keywords, create three campaigns.
  3. Set the CTR. This is the share of searchers who click through to you; the rest still search and see your listing, but do not click. A CTR below 100% produces a more natural pattern.
  4. Confirm that your site appears in Google’s results for that keyword. Use the link on the form to check the first five pages before you tick the box.
  5. Press Create Campaign, then pay from your wallet.

Your site must rank within the first five pages of Google for the chosen keyword — otherwise there is nothing for our visitors to find and click. The keyword itself does not affect the price.

Ordering social and referral traffic

Visits your analytics attributes to a social network or to a website you choose.

Create an order
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. For Social Traffic, fill in the campaign form as usual, then pick one or more networks under Set social media for traffic source. At least one is required.
  2. For Referral Traffic, list the referring pages under Set websites for traffic source. One is required and you can add up to ten.
  3. Every visit is tagged with the source you chose, so your analytics attributes it there.
  4. Press Create Campaign, then pay from your wallet.

The sources you pick do not change the price. Cost comes from daily volume, campaign length and average time on site.

Reviewing and paying

What happens between creating a campaign and it going live.

Open your orders
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Creating a campaign saves it but charges nothing. It sits as Need to pay until you complete the Review & pay screen.
  2. Check the Payment summary: the total, your wallet balance, and the reward points the campaign will earn.
  3. Have a discount code? Enter it under Promo code and press Apply — the breakdown then shows exactly what came off.
  4. Use Campaign start to run the campaign now or schedule it for later.
  5. Turn on Auto-renew campaign if you never want it to lapse. It re-pays from your wallet when the term ends, so the balance has to be there.
  6. Press the pay button. Payment comes from your wallet balance only — no card is charged at this step.

If your balance is short, the screen offers Increase wallet credit instead. Add funds and come back to the same invoice.

After you order

Reading your campaign’s status, and what you can change.

What each order status means

The status pill on the Orders page tells you everything.

Open your orders
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Need to pay: the campaign exists but nothing has been charged. It is waiting for you to pay.
  2. Waiting for start time: paid and scheduled. This is the only status in which you can cancel and have the money returned to your wallet.
  3. Active: the start time has arrived and the campaign is queued for delivery.
  4. Doing: visitors are being delivered right now.
  5. Done: the campaign finished. This is when your loyalty points are granted and a completion email is sent.
  6. Needs editing: our team paused the campaign and asked for a correction. Open the order to see what to do.
  7. Canceled: the campaign was cancelled and the payment returned.

We email you at exactly two moments: when a campaign completes and when it renews. Placing or paying for an order does not send an email.

Reading your campaign statistics

Hourly, daily and real-time delivery for any running or finished campaign.

Open your orders
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. On the Orders page, use the statistics action on any campaign that is running or finished.
  2. Today’s Traffic Chart breaks today down hour by hour.
  3. Daily Traffic Statistics shows the whole campaign, day by day.
  4. Daily Traffic History is a searchable record — open any day for its hourly breakdown.
  5. Real-Time Statistics shows visits from the last thirty minutes and updates itself.
  6. Keyword rank campaigns get their own screen instead, with tracked keywords, their latest positions and daily movement.

Editing, cancelling and renewing

What you can still change once a campaign exists.

Open your orders
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Edit is available while a campaign has not started — that is, while it is unpaid or waiting for its start time. Any price difference settles against your wallet.
  2. Cancel and get a full refund to your wallet is available while a campaign is waiting for its start time, or when it has been flagged as needing changes. Your reward points are never taken back.
  3. Auto-renew can be switched on or off at any time from the toggle on the Orders page. It only renews if your wallet balance covers the cost.
  4. A campaign flagged as Needs editing shows a banner explaining what is wrong. For keyword campaigns you can correct the keyword directly there, at no extra cost, and the campaign goes straight back into the queue.

A running campaign cannot be paused or extended. To change its length, edit it before it starts.

Your account

Rewards, support and developer access.

Earning and spending reward points

Turn the points from completed campaigns into a discount code.

Open rewards
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Points are granted when a campaign completes, not when you pay for it. The Review & pay screen shows what an order will earn before you buy it.
  2. Open Rewards to see the available reward tickets. Each shows the discount, the maximum it can save you, how many times it can be used, how long it lasts, and its cost in points.
  3. A reward you cannot yet afford is locked and tells you how many more points you need.
  4. Press Get code, then copy your code from the dialog.
  5. Use the code at checkout under Promo code.
  6. Active codes lists everything you have claimed. Codes close to expiry are highlighted.

Claiming a code is final — neither the code nor the points it cost can be returned. Refunds never take points back.

Getting help from support

How to open a ticket and get answered quickly.

Open a ticket
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Choose the department that matches your question. The panel shows the common answers for that topic first — often quicker than waiting for a reply.
  2. Fill in a clear subject and message.
  3. Set Related Order to the campaign you are asking about. This is the single biggest thing you can do to get answered on the first reply.
  4. Attach a screenshot if it helps — JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB.
  5. Replies arrive in the same thread. Reply there to continue, and close the ticket when you are done.

Closed a ticket too soon? Send a reply on it and it reopens.

Using the API

Drive your account and place orders from your own code.

Open API & Docs
A video walkthrough for this topic is on its way. The steps below cover everything it will show.
  1. Open API & Docs and create a key. Choose Read only to read your account, or Read & write to also place and pay for orders.
  2. Copy the key immediately. For your security it is shown once and never again — if you lose it, revoke it and create another.
  3. Send it on every request as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY.
  4. The same page documents every endpoint, with a complete working example to start from.
  5. Revoking a key takes effect immediately, and anything using it stops working.

You can hold up to 10 keys, and each is limited to 120 requests per minute.
